Snowy Village Anglaise Scallop Deco StackerCompleted by Christine Dixon
OccasionChristmas / Christmas Scenes
I just love this style of scallop stacker - it's easy to cut but creates a very interesting and pretty effect.
I used pastel pink card as the base, backed with cup16904_156 (Almost jewels 14) and trimmed to an exact fit.
I then built the stacker and finished with two pretty ribbon bows.
