I have designed this decoupage topper as a stacker in the scallop shape with a deco style top. I have designed this concept to build a 3d front to your cards. The topper measures 6in x 5.5in.
Simply cut out the base and attach to your project/card then cut out the deco sections and match up to the base using 3d foam or silicone to attach.

Hello fellow Crafters, I printed this beautiful image onto 220gsm gloss photo paper, then cut image and mounted with foam tabs according to instructions, mounted complete image onto a cream textured card and finishing the card with gold trim, gold corners & I added a "Happy Birthday" greeting with this card. My card Measures 10.5 cm x 14.5 cm .
