I covered an A5 card with a sheet of vivid blue paper,then i printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper then cut it out,i mounted the main image to the card,built up the stacker's,and added blue pearls and gems to the ribbon,added four corners to the image and a border around the card,added text,and a little glitter to the gown.
