I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 square scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the corner stacker using thin foam tape.
I added some glitter to the flowers around the picture frame and to the large flower in the boot.
