Printed on matte photo paper. I cut out all the pieces and assembled the pyramage with thin foam pads, then attached some pale blue paper that had the appearance of vintage speckled enamel ware to a white card with DST, then added the layered image, also with DST.
I saw the cherries in the upper corner at the craft store and HAD to have them for this card :-).
So cute!
