A quick and easy card. Just cut and fold the shaped card in half and add the decoupage wheels if wished ....... or even add them using brads too add a bit of further dimension to your card.
I have also included some 3D decoupage ice creams and ice lollys too.

Printed on 250gsm card stock cutout and folded I then layered decoupage and added silver beads to the wheels to complete this gorgeaus card.
