What a nice stylish idea for a card. I printed and cut out the elements, folded and made up the tag card and tied it with a lovely woven ribbon.

This was a good ribbon for this purpose as it holds its shape once tied.

The Happy Birthday sentiment was added to the front along with the decoupage flower topper placed slightly over the edge.

I enhanced the top flower layer with a purple gel pen.
