Special Ages Cupcakes and Sparkle - 21 Today

This sheet has a large shaped topper - One of my I card range - designed for use with an 8x8 card blank. The design features large numbers for the special Birthday age, a large, ornate cupcake topped with florals and a single candle. This sits on an I card base of red glitter and gold, topped with stuning red florals.
