Fishing Bear T Shirt and Waistcoat Card 1Completed by Pam Stubley

I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I folded the shirt and added the waistcoat and decoupage using foam pads. This is a novel small card which will fit into a 4" sq envelope.

They can also be used as gift tags and will be received with a smile
