I printed the design and the insert on to a Glossy Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I glued the main design on the insert. I attached the Decoupage/3D and Sentiment on with Sticky pads.

I printed sheet onto smooth card and cut out all the pieces. I used dst to stick base of sheet to a blue card blank which has a punched border then used foam pads for the layers a fab card for all those social networkers.
I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a plain white card. I used diamond stickles to add dimension to the flowers.
