After printing out this lovely sheet and cutting out the elements - I mounted select decourpage items with foam tape - namely the rose in the LH corner, the bouquet and the scroll.
Adding a lovely gold "Congratulations" peel-off.
I then adhered the base topper onto a silver pearlescent card base. I just love how the silver and gold compliment each other on this card.
