I backed a 5x7 inch white card with cup57891_593 (Stone Lace Edge Vellum, Insert or Backing Paper) and added this gorgeous little bird with decoupage elements on 3mm foam pads.
I cut the base into an oval before fixing. This is a startling colour and so cute!
