I took a plain black card and laid on cup164763, printed onto photo paper and trimmed so the card formed a narrow black border around the sheet.
I then added another piece of black card to form a narrow border around the topper which was printed onto photo paper and built up using silcone glue before I embellished with some photo paper roses.
