I printed the sheet onto 160g smooth cardboard and cut the insert from the topper. I angled the topper onto the front of a teal blue card and added some silver peel-offs to the edges to add some bling.
I placed a single blue Liquid Pearl dot in each of the top corners to look like a brad, and a couple of dots on each side of the birdcage to add further interest.
The insert I mounted straight-on inside the card.
