I printed the design on good quality photo paper, I glued the insert inside the card, decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added some crystal glitter to the elements.

These are fantastic smaller cards, ideal for postage or I'm using them for under the tree for the grandchildren who prefer money..Great buy!
