This is an easy to do quick card topper,
Print on quality photo paper.
Cut around the main topper piece, and the sentiment tag that you wish to use.
Measure and fit to a blank card.
Use DSTape to mount the main topper piece and you sentiment tag, to the blank card.
Embellish however you want, inside, and outside of the card.

I printed this out onto white glossy photo paper and used foam pads to attach it to a red backing paper.
This was mounted onto gold mirri card and a white card blank. White organza ribbon was tied across the base.
