Print on quality paper,cut around all the pieces, and measure and fit, to a blank card, use DStape to mount the card topper & the insert inside the card, choose the sentiment if you wish to have one.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 6 x 6 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
