I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and cut to shape. Layered all elements. A great fun design.
Mounted onto white card with a brick wall border cut on my Cameo, decoupaged with foam pads, added Nuvo drops to the cement, glossy accents to eyes and tied 2 trowels round the spine with silver elasticated cord.
After printing out onto 240 gram card I mounted on a 7 by 7 scalloped card ,finishing by adding all decoupage using sticky pads.
I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper. Attached the main image on to a white 7x7 card using DST. Then added the decoupage with glue gel. Finished by adding gold peel off corners.
* Used a 7" x 7" silver card
* Added 3D squares to create "Building up for another Birthday" decoupage
