I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces, including the white inside the frame.

I covered a white base card with a black and silver patterned card and attached the main image. I added all the decoupage using foam pads.

A beautiful card, which is quick and easy to make, can be used for all ages of ladies for many different occasions.
