I printed off the sheet, cut out the pieces and 3D them with silicon glue. Layer the main part on burgundy and black card. Folded A4 card in half, stuck the bag part on.
Made a hole in the long part and tied a bow with burgundy ribbon, stuck a punched out flower in the middle of the bow with a gem in the middle. Finished off with the happy birthday.
