I printed out the design onto crafty bobs premium photo paper. I cut out all of the pieces. I attached some stripy paper to am 8" square red card blank. I added the main design piece to the centre then decoupaged all of the smaller elements usings silicone glue.
I added some gems red glitter strips and peel of sentiments for decoration.
