I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I mounted the main image onto white stock card and added the decoupage using foam pads...to finish the card I added gems to the corners and a bow...a beautiful design suitable for many ocassions.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8x8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape.
