Reduced the size so two copies would fit on an 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of matte photo paper, then attached one copy of the topper to a small card, layered with two different stash papers.

Cut the oval out of the second topper (cut away the butterflies inside the oval, but cut around the flowers), taped a piece of acetate behind the cutout section, and used thin foam pads on the back of the topper to "seal" the oval and in the corners. Put an assortment of sequins on the underneath oval, and carefully placed the cutout topper on top.

Added the butterflies and flowers (with a partial extra layer of flowers) with silicone gel for dimension, and finished with Liquid Pearl dots on the flower centers.
