Rose Wheelbarrow with Topper & Decoupage

I mounted onto an pink card with punched holes down the spine and decoupaged with sticky pads.

I added the sentiment to the bottom and threaded pink ribbon through the punched holes, tying the end into a bow at the right side and letting it dangle loose down the side of the card.
