I printed out smaller and cropped away the tags so that I had 2 on a sheet and printed 4 times to decoupage the centre square and the 2 scallop centres.

I mounted onto a 6 x 6 cream card with a gold foiled border and decoupage the 3 layers using sticky pads.

I also decoupaged the sentiment. I finished off by adding tiny green pearls round the inner scallop center. This is so pretty
