Copied to glossy photo paper and cut out. Matted to Peach Shimmer paper and then to Crème Shimmer card stock. Built the layers using d.s.foam tape. Added a peel-off border, punch cut corners, four amber stick on stars . I left a overlap on the back fold and used a punch to give it a pretty border.
