I printed this image onto a sheet of 130g smooth decoupage paper,then mounted the base image to an A5 card,cut away any white around the edge,the built up the flap using foam pads,i then ran some organza ribbon up through the card and tired a bow at the top,then i stuck on a pretty gold/black button with a rose on.
