I printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper then cut it out,i mounted the main image to an A5 card,when i cut out the flap i left a little extra paper to fold over the spine on my card,and just stuck that extra piece to the back of the card so it can be lifted to see the text Happy Birthday,i the added the text plate to the flap.over the back i ran a peel off line sticker were the flat was cut to neaten it.
