Pretty Lady 1 Envelope Card

I started with a 5x7 Rainbow card base then i added a pale blue feather, i added the printed base layer to ice blue mirror card and with DST added it to the base card.

I cut out the greeting and used a large foam pad to add that too, then i used 3D glue gel to add the roses.

I embellished the lace on the lady's dress with crystal glitter to finish off then used high tac 3mm tape to stick the envelope layer on at one side and used large foam pads without removing the backing to help the layer stand out (glue gel would have done it too).
