New Baby Fancy Edge Faux Envelope CardCompleted by Pam Stubley
OccasionCongratulations / New Baby
I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I applied the main image onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads. To finish I added a baby blue satin ribbon to the top corner using silicone glue.
A delightful card to welcome any little boy.
