Printed onto gloss photo paper. Cut out all the elements, and using DST attached the Topper to a white card. Using foam pads, I built up the design. I attached the sentiment with DST. To finish, I used small amounts of gold glitter on small parts of the corner swirls.
A very elegant design and easy to makeup.
