Laters Girl with Blue Mobile Tall DlCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed this sheet onto 190gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads. A very quick and easy card to make and one which is ideal for those hard-to-please teenagers.
