Let it Snow - decoupage

Printed on good quality photo paper cut out and layered with foam tape onto a folded card I then added a snow flake border and crystal on the belly to complete this gorgeous design.
Mounted onto white card with let it snow border cut on my Cameo, decoupaged with foam pads, added glossy accents, pom-poms, glitter pen, liquid 3d snow and tied snowflakes round the top with elasticated silver cord
I printed out onto 240 gram card then mounted on a 7 by 7 scalloped card ,i finished by attaching all decoupage with sticky pads.
