Cute Penguin with Purple ScarfCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads. To finish I added the mandatory glitter- it is the law (and if not it should be)

to have lots of glitter on Christmas cards. Anyway this is a striking, cute card which is very quick and easy to make - and if you have as many Xmas cards as me you will well appreciate that.
