Time is -
Isn't it true that time can fly by or go very slow depending on our circumstances? When I read this quote it just rang so true to me, it had to be the main focus of this design. It is a quote from the late American author, educator and clergyman, Henry Van Dyke, 1852 - 1933
I hope you like it as much as I do.
Time is -
Too slow for those who wait
Too swift for those who fear

It's an easy quick card to make. It's just the frame for the main image that might take a little time to cut out. The middle of the card has a slightly bevelled appearance.
There is a choice of four greetings, Time to Celebrate! Time to Enjoy! Time to Relax, Time to Laugh!
I have added extra embellishments/borders/clock faces for you to use as you wish on your card design.
It could be used for a variety of occasions such as birthdays, retirement, etc. - it's up to you.

I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image onto card with clock faces and then mounted it onto white stock card...I added the decoupage using foam pads and added one of the sentiments from the sheet...a great design suitable for lots of ocassions.
I matted some clock design paper onto a 7 x 7 cream scalloped edge card and mounted my topper to the right side.
I decoupaged with sticky pads and added a sentiment to the top and bottom.
I tied some string down the left side, threading a metal clock charm through. This is a lovely design for a male
