I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I threaded a dark blue ribbon through two small slits I made on the image where the design ribbon was.

I then attached the main image directly onto a 8x8 scalloped card and added the decoupage using foam pads. To finish I added blue gems and a sentiment. A striking card that can be used for many occasions.
