Printed onto photo paper, cut out and then decoupaged using foam pads. I used cup249679_1018 as my backing paper and then finished with some black peeloff corners.
Printed on high quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached all pieces with foam pads for 3-D effect. Attached card base to green designer paper. then attached to black card stock.
