Love Words 2Completed by Pam Stubley

I printed onto 200gsm matt photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I matted the main topper onto a red mat before attaching to a white base card.

I then added the decoupage using foam pads and embellished with small red gems and finished by adding the matching insert cup965076_936.

A striking card that is very easy to make and sure to impress the recipient.
