Printed on good quality photo paper 3 times to decoupage cut out and layered onto a black frame then onto a blank card .I then added a holly corner to complete this gorgeous design .I love Mr Bean .
I added a border to the picture before I printed on matte card, I printed three more ccopies of the picture and used these to give some decouopage layers, I used gliter paint to give some highlights then printed a matching insert and envelope on 100 gsm paper to complete.
