Snowy Evening Panel Card with ToppersCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image to a white base card and added all the decoupage and a sentiment using foam pads.

Before I added the panels I attached green pearlescent brads to the top of the panels I finished by adding stardust stickles to the snow.

A very atmospheric card which is quick and easy to make.
