Snow on the Rooftops Card with ToppersCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with a red snowflake pattern backing paper and attached the main image centrally. I then added the decoupage using foam pads.

To finish I framed the main image with a gold border peel off, added a gold peel off sentiment and lots of stardust stickles to the snow.

A beautiful card which is easy to make and will please any recipient.
