Frosty Hello Christmas

The 'Frosty' series continues with this little number depicting the Christmas Puffin looking in. It's a square layered card front or topper with a star spangled bottom layer, then a tartan layer and then the puffin photo. Ivy and holly feature around the picture and an ornate corner adds to the embellishments. There are two sentiment tags for choice. Decoupage is included.
