Penguin Party Stepper Card Kit

This is a complete centre stepper card kit with easy to cut parts. With a large centre topper and two layers of decoupage the centre penguin really stands out! One layer of decoupage for the penguins on the side steps and the holly on the front, makes this a very dimensional card, but it still folds flat for posting!

This card is just begging for some glitter and bling - well, it is Christmas!!
