This is a quick and easy to make "Get Well Card". Download and print Michelle Johnson's Feeling A Llittle Froggie sheet then cut out all the pieces. I then used foam pads to attach the pieces to the frog on the card front.
I put green fasteners in the middle of each of the white dots and then glued the whole topper to a contrasting green card base.
A good card to begin with if you're just beginning to add the technique of decoupage to your card making.
