This is a 7.5 x 7.5 inch topper with decoupage, insert, gift tag and sentiments of a young boy sat on a doctors bed with a doctor looking in his mouth and telling him to say aagh which makes a great card which can be used as a birthday card, get well card or other male occasions

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. Added candi and a sentiment. A very cute design.
