I just used this cute teddy and did not make this as a cut and fold. I matted cup382766_512 backing from designer resorces onto an A5 card with a fancy cut edge and mounted my teddy onto my card.

I printed out 4 times to decoupage and I decoupaged with sticky pads. I added a birthday banner to the top and finished off with a fine gold elasticated bow to the spine
