Printed on good quality card paper, cut out and layered the elements with foam pads, I trimmed in gold peel off to finish around the edges and added the caption

i cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I added the tag included and used some diamond stickles on the crossbones and lens of telescope...kept simple as i did not want a young child pulling embellishments off and chocking on them
