I printed out the sheet on to photo paper & used silver glitter card & gold mirri card to matt the image onto.
I added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I decoupaged the layer with 3D glue gel & used Stickles glitter glue to add some shimmer. I embellished with a die cut corner.
