Printed onto Gloss photo Paper. Cut out both elements. I used DST I attached one Topper to a Blue A5 card and the other to a Purple A5 card.
I stuck some small gems onto the Blue card and small amounts of crystal Glitter, on the Candles of the purple card.
This design does not need any enhancement, as the design says it all.
