Groovy BirthdayCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads. I matted a sentiment onto a purple glitter card and some purple holographic circles.

A fun card which is quick and easy to make and will be well appreciated by ladies of a certain age and a good sense of humour.
